Diversa is pleased to announce a capital raising of $3m.

Diversa acquires Trust Company Superannuation trustee business and an interest in Tranzact Financial Services

Diversa is pleased to advise that it has entered into two separate agreements to acquire 100% of The Trust Company (Superannuation) Limited and a 30% interest in Tranzact Financial Services Pty Ltd.
